Drinking lots of water by taking several sips of water consistently during the day will help you to flush out the unwanted toxins from your system. You should do strength training exercises so that you build good muscles, improve your metabolism and lose fat quickly. If you build good muscles, you can accomplish your aim to lose fat quickly. This is because your muscles require more calories for their maintenance than your fat mass. Further, muscles have the capacity to burn calories even when you are sleeping during nights.
