When you are not able to spend the calories you consume, they are stored as fat on your body. You should take immediate steps to lose fat quickly to avoid several health problems.
Your steps to lose fat quickly should have a good diet regimen as well as an effective exercises regimen.
Your first step in your diet regimen is to reduce your intake of sodium. Sodium has been proved to hold more water inside your body and your body fat increases.
You should also stop eating more of fatty foods. Of course, fats are required for your brain to function properly. But they should be good fats that can be obtained from foods that are cooked with fish oil, olive oil, etc.

These smaller meals will get digested fast and your body will get continuous supply of energy.
