Bad carbohydrates also make you fat. All foods that contain white sugar are bad carbohydrates. You should avoid them. If you have a sweet tooth, you can satisfy it by eating more of fruits. Fruits supply a lot of fiber, vitamins and minerals to your body but without increasing your fats.
You should also ensure to have a healthy breakfast in order to lose fat quickly. You should not heed to the advice of anybody and skip your breakfast since this will cause you more harm than good.
